Have you ever been frustrated because you
have no idea how much your projects should cost, then have to sort through all different ranges of estimates? Which one gives you the most for your money? Why are the price ranges so different?

To help you create a real-world budget, we have outlined the estimating guidelines for the project that we can custom-build for you. This will help you in determining a budget and give you an idea of what the final project can look like. Of course, we can accomodate your special requests as well. This is just a starting point.

All estimates are guaranteed to have the following:

• All material used is pressure treated
• All posts are a sturdy 6” x 6”, (I have seen many posts for inexpensive pergolas or arbors which
  are 2x4 or 4x4. Think about it, a 2x4 is simply not strong enough to support something of a substantial nature. A 4x4 should be ok, but they look flimsy. The posts support the entire structure and should
  be of a sturdy size.)
• All posts set into the ground are set a minimum of 30”- 36” deep with concrete
• All bolts or brackets to be used are galvanized steel to prevent rust
• All parts will be set plumb, level and square
• All material is hand selected to minimize loose knots, twisted, or warped boards
• All beams and rafters are oversized for longer life and to prevent bowing
• The ground on your property is assumed to be reasonably clear of rock or other unforeseen
  obstructions
• The access to your property is assumed to be reasonably accessible
• All work is guaranteed for two years on the craftsmanship of your completed project

Estimates do not reflect the following:

• Paint or stain
• Difficult access
• Rocky or difficult ground
